It’s a rainy afternoon in the South right now. I’m sitting next to a window, listening to the raindrops. It’s comforting and relaxing. And I just wanted to check in with you. How are you doing today? I know that everyone is going through different things in their lives. Maybe you’re in a good mood right now because you got good news from a client at work, or maybe you’re tired from a long series of online classes, or maybe you’re not in a good mood because of something bad that happened. I’m not sure what you’re up to, but one thing I can assure you is that it will all pass through. Feel the present moment, whatever it is, because tomorrow will be another day and another event in your life.
I’m guilty of being an overthinker about something that hasn’t happened yet. As a result, I’m paralyzed when it comes to doing the things I need to do right now. Have you experienced that? There are days when we feel stuck and don’t know what to do to move forward, but I assure you that this is normal. We must acknowledge it. It’s normal to feel stuck. It’s fine if you don’t know what’s in store for you tomorrow. Today is undoubtedly different from tomorrow. Maybe you’re not feeling well today, but tomorrow will certainly be a different story.
Be in the present, don’t overthink too much. I hope I was able to make you feel better. Again, it’s ok. Life is not a race. Each of us has our own pacing. You’ve arrived at the right place at the right time. So, cheer up! :)
